Hello, I'm Charles Vance. Welcome to Ten Words Press and Living Words Podcast. I started this podcast about a while back Last year. I started doing some publishing of devotionals and so I thought, as a way to promote that and to spread, to give that out, I would create this as a podcast. I was actually going through, I wasn't reading, I was doing a lot of reading. It wasn't very well received. I didn't get any feedback and very little, very little appeal. I mean literally one or two people. And so for those that did come in and listen, thank you. You know I enjoy it and I hope you enjoyed it, I hope it was useful for it. But I get it that reading is not necessarily inspirational.
Speaker 1:Some people are looking for a real touch and, as a Melchizedek priest, I'm called to teach, to teach the 10 words, to teach the covenant, to teach priesthood, and that's what I'm doing and that's what 10 Words Press is all about. So I've written books, I write devotionals and write studies, as the spirit of God lays it on my heart to write these things and to teach them, and so I wanted to just add this as another dimension. So this was the 10 Words podcast, the Living Words podcast. So I want to take the Living Words podcast and I want to make it as a companion to the Ten Words Press, and I've placed a player on my Ten Words Press under my name. That's what I'll be doing now is I'll be as led by the Spirit. I'll come here and do and talk and expound different things. Maybe I'll do a study, go through a study. All the studies now will have actual questions and answers to interactive.
Speaker 1:Again, this is about transformation, not information. So, again, I don't really it doesn't. It's not important to me how many people show up, what kind of response I get. Obviously, I want feedback and I do want, you know, affirmation that I'm on the right track, that I'm, but I don't need that from individuals telling me that. I need that, from the spirit of God telling me that. So, as long as the spirit of Yahweh is telling me that I'm doing the right thing, that I'm on the right track, that I'm resting in his words, that's what the priesthood is all about is living the 10 words as the breath of life, and so all of my work will point in that direction. So that's what this brief entry is about is just announcing a resetting of Living Words to be companion to the 10 Words Press and I do hope that you will enjoy this new format.
